Renovation of an office building

Located on Rue Montoyer, in the heart of the European quarter, our mission was to restore the appeal of this small office building in the context of the Covid crisis. With a total surface area of 1,200 m² spread over 10 floors and a façade width of 7 metres, the building's layout allowed us to offer around 20 small spaces that could be grouped together as required. The façades and roofs were insulated, the technical installations were replaced and the interior finishes were completely redesigned.
