Conversion of an old farmhouse into a single-family home and holiday cottages

The project involved revitalising an old farmhouse comprising various adjoining or separate buildings as part of an overall passive renovation project.

The renovation was carried out primarily using natural materials and with a focus on the circular economy. The building is energy self-sufficient thanks to the limitation of energy requirements and the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof.

The project offers a three-bedroom single-family home and a two-bedroom guest house.
