Demolition work has started in the heart of Ixelles, between Rue de Stassart and Rue du Berger, for our new project: the Shaker Hotel.
A 'capsule hotel', a popular concept in Japan, will offer a fresh perspective on Brussels' hotel scene.
For this project, we are collaborating with many talented companies to guarantee the best possible experience for future guests. We are collaborating with Atelier Lionel Jadot, who will design the building's interiors.
We are looking forward to seeing how the entire space evolves and takes shape over the next two years!

The municipality of Saint-Gilles has granted the building permit for the medical centre Asaso.

The project consists of converting a retail space on Avenue de Forest into a medical centre and shared workshops. The existing building will be renovated with the aim of preserving its heritage features as much as possible.

The new connecting structure between the two buildings has been designed to blend harmoniously with the existing buildings while maintaining a contemporary character within a former industrial complex.

We are thrilled to begin the next phase of the project.

The renovation of the Ligue des Familles offices is nearing completion.

After stripping back much of the existing 700 m² floorplate, the new workspaces are taking shape — flexible and tailored to users’ needs, while maintaining an open and light-filled environment.

Planning application submitted for our Mix project in Ixelles!

Located at the corner of Chaussée d’Ixelles and Rue du Berger, the façade design has been given particular attention. An in-depth study of materiality, light, and transparency was carried out through the creation of a partial model of the future corner façade.

This model was developed with the help by Alison Lejeune, a fifth-year secondary school student completing an observation internship at the office.

After several month of demolishing, building, adapting, the dust finally start to dissapear giving way to colour and furniture that is starting to be assembled.

Construction will be completed before the new year.

Natura Mater - Mycelium workshop

Always eager to explore new materials, we took part on October 10th in the conference organized by Natura Mater as part of the Materia exhibition.

Through three different perspectives — artistic, architectural, and commercial — we discovered inspiring approaches to the use of innovative and sustainable building materials.
